You can return all unused purchases within 14 days for a full refund or exchange,provided items are in there original condition and original packaging.  I cannot refund the postage unless the goods are faulty and a refund can only be issued once the items have been received by Ann Smith Art. Any items used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged.
